My Journey to Sacred Sexuality Coaching.

My childhood was interesting. My mom was a workaholic and my dad was an alcoholic. My older sister craved attention by intensely participating in school. I didn’t know I consciously craved attention until much later in life.

I spent my childhood mostly alone and in observation. I had a detrimental best friend betrayal as a child and from then I couldn’t trust people so I became fiercely independent and observant.

My first love story was nice. I was lucky to have someone who cared about me and my needs and loved me fiercely. I was young. 14. And as soon as we had sex we couldn’t stop.

As a young teen. We used to have this community dance about once a month. I have zero clue why they kept it going. It was 12-16 year olds giving bjs on the dance floor, doing drugs, and every time they had to call an ambulance because at least one person needed their stomach pumped. Wtf Lmfao.

But I was immensely grateful for whichever insane parents made it happen because I loved “the strath dance”. I was even deemed queen of it. It was where I could be free. Dance. Drink. Loose my fucking mind. And kiss girls (because kissing other boys would be cheating *eye roll*). I always ended the night in sobs. Alcohol was a great excuse for letting out my explosive emotions that I wasn’t allowed to let out otherwise. Mascara running down my face and all over my bf’s Gucci shirt. We were bored and upper middle class. Our parents were pretty absent. And we still had to watch tv shows live.

I also grew up with chronic pain, fatigue, and immense depression. The strath dance and alcohol was my escape. But sex…. Sex was where I became alive! Even super human!

But of course. I lied to everyone I knew. No one knew I was having sex. And because I had bad periods and was swimming competitively they put me on birth control at 13 so I would bleed less. So I let myself be wild. And my bf was great, he would go down on me and he would lie with me. Huge love and thanks to him.

When high school came around, I broke up with him because I needed more freedom. I wanted more experience. I didn’t want security. I didn’t believe in it, I would rather be wild and fuck around.

At 16 I got a fake id and me and the gay guy in my dance class made a scheme to tell each other’s parents we were at each other’s house and goto the one gay club in town. We used to walk into the place and tell each other “have fun see ya later” and we would go off and be our absolute most wild selves. I could be anyone in that place. Kiss anyone. Fuck anyone. Make friends with anyone. Gender free sexually free. It was MY WORLD. Those Saturday’s all my issues would fade away. And I would dance until I gave myself whiplash. I would drink until my mind was completely gone. I would start no shirt parties and hang upside down from my knees over the dance floor cage.

Those days people weren’t even bi. They were gay or straight. I never fit into any of the labels, I just wanted to be free. And that space meant the absolute world to me.

So without going into all the details (you can read my book for that) you can see that freedom and sex meant the world to me. I trusted no one. I couldn’t have boyfriends, let alone a girlfriend.

As soon as I turned 18 I set off to travel. And anywhere I travelled I would meet men to have sex with. I used my body to get whatever I wanted. Dinner. Show me around. Stay in your beautiful apartment, yes please. I noticed I had this magnetism. They wanted me and I wanted to learn about everything and touch everything I could!

I funded my travels with odd jobs. And eventually for some reason got the idea to waitress at the strip club in my town. I would work there for a few months and make tons of cash then go back for more. This was the first place I really saw what sex work was. There was this incredible vibe there. It was all the unique people in one place. From the waitresses who could cut it (they used to hire literally everyone and see who would make it past the first shift so the bottle service girls didn’t even talk to you until you worked your way up to be one of them), to the gogos (usually young child-looking girls who had bubbly wild energy), and the strippers themselves - they were incredible. They were incredibly nice, from all different backgrounds, all different looks, and I just idolized them. I wanted to be them but didn’t believe I could cut it.

When I left to travel. I came back again for a shorter time and tried gogo-ing. It was my first soft intro into wtf sex work even is. Men trying to push your boundaries and you trying to hold your power. It’s emotional. It’s deep. It’s also shallow in a way. You’re judged for your looks, your draw, and you feel it in your whole body during and after. Or you’re completely numb or having out of body experiences. None the less “intense” is only the beginning of its description.

I couldn’t cut it as a gogo. Because I was just too fat essentially *insert eye roll here* and I was a dancer, not a stripper. It didn’t click. So I went off to travel more.

Long story short I ended up in Istanbul engaged to an asshole. I was also a total unregulated miserable explosive asshole. So I can’t blame him. But he wanted to control me. I wanted to be controlled. I wanted to be in a cage. I craved consistency, “love”. But for some reason also hated it. Finally he came home from the gym one day and was packing a bag, I asked him what he was doing, he said “I’m leaving you” and I never saw him again.

At the time I had this new friend. My fiancé hated her and didn’t like her influence on me. As soon as he left me we became best friends. She even moved into my building. She wasn’t high society herself but she sure as hell faked it well and got herself into that world in Istanbul. We used to hang out at the fanciest place in Istanbul and because we were to two non escorts there, the men were like moths to real blonde flames. We made this silly friend from Belarus. She was young and ridiculously obsessed with trying to be instagram famous. It was hilarious because she was cute and then when she would open her mouth she never had anything to say but “champagne” in the deepest most manly voice you could imagine. One day she was hanging out with a wealthy man my friend knew and we asked them how they met. Turns out they met on some site where men would pay for women to be their travel companions.

We were like we need some rich boyfriends and travels and it begun.

Craigslist, seekings, travel girls. It was wild. The world of sugar babying or indirect full service escorting was small in Istanbul and it became all I wanted to do.

Sometimes we would meet the same men. It was hilarious. But anyone wealthy in Istanbul who spoke decent English, we were their companions. Trying to find real boyfriends among the mix lmfao.

But this was my calling. Fucking men for cash and luxury travel. If there’s two talents I have in this life it’s travelling and fucking. I dropped out of uni, I joined the circus, i was good at those things, but I’m the best at travelling and fucking, I can tell you that.

I’m scrappy I’m resourceful I’m bold I’m tenacious Im a yes person and honestly… I’m not afraid of being traumatized or “something bad” happening. I also had not much care for my life at the time and eventually got diagnosed with BPD but I saw those qualities where others saw something was “wrong with me” I saw myself as magical and powerful. And I fucking was.

There was immense polarity. I wasn’t afraid to feel the ecstasy and I also felt the immense shadow feelings. Loneliness, judgement, sadness, anger. Being a sex worker is an intense experience. Your power and your vulnerability are in this endless dance inside of you, external to you, and receiving that polarity from whomever you engage with. You’re a lightning rod for men and all their shit that they can’t bring elsewhere, yet who is your lightning rod? Who holds you and all your vastness and polarity at the end of the day? Not even your friends who are doing the exact same as you because of all the conditioning of society we face consciously and unconsciously we are not worthy, yet our service is essential to the world.

So we isolate. We don’t process it properly. We have self doubt. We want to change our bodies to “benefit our business” we want designer labels to “keep up appearances” and none of those things are wrong. But when we are doing it because we don’t fully love ourselves because we don’t have community and healing, it is just engaging in those things for the wrong reasons. And they become never enough.

When I had to come back to Canada for a family emergency I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I was miserable and lost. My chronic pain and depression was an all time high. I even tried to check myself into a psych ward. Therapists judged me and turned me away. “I don’t believe you’re going to kill yourself, you’re fine” “You’re not depressed you just need a 9-5 job” “what you’re doing is immoral” “you’re just lazy and emotional”. So I tried sex work in my hometown, literally for my sanity. These men got me somehow. They never judged me. They encouraged me. And well, he loved me, and I loved him.

One in particular. He would fly me to his house in Cabo and I would lay by the pool all day getting the gardener to keep changing the umbrella every hr for shade until 4pm when I would dress up in lingerie and bring him his favourite cocktail and then we would fuck around all evening and do it a over again for 5 days. I’d leave with a bunch of cash and my heart kind of full. I felt safe. I felt desired. I felt relaxed.

He was a trump loving, cross fitting, oil and gas exec, conservative, married, white man, in his 50s. I’m literally the complete opposite. But we got along seamlessly. And he fucked my asshole like no one else ever had and has since lmfao. We would tell all our adventurous tales and sex stories to each other. Laugh without judgement. We had a connection like I never experienced. It was so honest and raw and straight forward. When I told a psychologist it was the best relationship I ever had, she gaslighted me and said it’s not even a relationship because he’s in a relationship with his wife not me.

Wtf. I had no hope of any relationship then.

After about a year of “dating” I moved to a new city and we both kept trying to meet someone else to replace each other but it never worked and we “dated” for about another year. He was coaching me to find a rich husband and we always laughed about how I plan to marry rich and probably my be miserable and just live a secret double life and we will always throw in a fuck with each other here and there along our way.

It’s better to cry in a Ferrari instead of a buss right?

The new city I moved to was a harsh reality. It was a fucking mess for sex work and “actual” dating was even worse. Scammer shallow assholes who had no idea what they wanted. One sugar daddy even paid for a website for me (for my totally non sex work business) and then was keeping the domain and didn’t tell me why and after he paid the graphic designer 800$ he then asked for the money from me to “teach me a lesson in business”. What the actual fuck. I bought a new domain and made my own website for free Lmfao. It was messy to say the least.

And I was trying to find “real love” on the side lying to all of them. What a mess.

So I got a career in Pilates and thought this was it. But the chronic pain and depression remained.

I still had the desire to travel, but I didn’t want to travel alone anymore. But I had no beloved to travel with. So I looked up retreats. Yoga was painful for me (and if you’re a Pilates instructor there’s a good chance you’re not into yoga) so I was searching and searching for a non yoga retreat. The first I went on was an aerial silks retreats (remember I joined the circus way back when). It was a huge success. So the next year I was searching again and I found a Jade egg retreat. I had no idea what a jade egg was and I read that it’s a crystal that you put in your pussy and I was like I am in!!!

When I got to the retreat I had no idea what to expect. I didn’t even understand that we were going to put crystals in our pussies together in the same room. It was mind blowing but it felt right.

Before we put the egg inside of us she prompted us to ask our pussy for consent. This exact moment profoundly changed my life.

My pussy first said no but I shoved the thing in anyway. I paid good money to be on this retreat and I didn’t have much time so I wanted to experience it.

I sobbed. It was painful. And I sobbed more when I shared about my experience after.

The first time my Pussy ever talked to me, I betrayed her and didn’t listen. I pushed through just to have an experience. This was a metaphor for my whole life. And then came the questions. Had I ever had consensual sex my whole life? What the fuck does it mean to talk to my pussy? And should I listen to my pussy or my brain?

5 days there was intense but incredible and I started getting answers and profound healing.

I was addicted I wanted more. On the retreat I would talk about my health condition and one of the girls told me that she has very similar symptoms and she had lyme disease. She told me to research it and look into it. As soon as I got home I found a naturopathic specialist in it and ding ding ding it was positives across-the-board.

When you first start treating Lyme disease, especially after having it for 30 years you get immense die off. I had extreme Herxheimer reaction where it was like the worst hangover you’ve ever had all day every day and it lasted about six months. At the time I was in a super toxic relationship where for two years he could never tell me he loves me. And there was a point I was so sick I couldn’t even get out of bed let alone make a decision about anything. But I started to get these emails about a sex love relationship coaching program that I had signed up for who was the retreat teacher’s teacher. It was a screaming yes from the deepest part of my soul. My Pussy.

I had no idea how I could say yes to something in such a state but I knew I couldn’t say no. And so, I took out of line of credit and paid in full. I was scared and I was confused and I have no idea if I would be able to do 5 to 15 hours of school every week for at least a year but there was a screaming yes that healing through my sacred sexuality was the key.

I went to so many different therapists in my life. I tried so many different types of therapy I tried Buddhism I meditated with monks in Nepal I tried all kinds of shit but none of it worked. The only thing that kept me from literally killing myself was sex. Sex was the only place where I could be free and where I felt alive.

There is no coincidence why sex workers do the job that they do. We could do any other job in the whole world but we choose sex work. And it’s not just for the money. And I know that many of us don’t choose sex work, and it was chosen for us but even those of us who are in that situation choose it over ending our lives. (With deep honouring to those that don’t make it to keep living).

The polarity of vulnerability and power that is sex work. There is no other job like it. And now as a sex coach who has healed immensely through tantra and Taoism, ancient pathologies that in an evolved neo way combined with western scientific methods, I’m actually immensely draw back to sex work. In a whole other empowered light. On my terms. Knowing my worth and what I deserve. Spending money on myself for myself, not for what I think will attract others, and creating wealth for myself.

And my story is the story of my clients. We all have our unique way of getting here but we are a community. That needs to come together for each other. We deserve to live shameless and thrive. In our personal sex life and relationships as well as in our work.

I’m passionate about those who I can relate to in this way. About being a safe/brave resource where all of you is welcome. About working with those who are bold on the polarity of their vulnerability and power. They have a fierce sexuality, they want to fucking go there! And they want to thrive!

Living a pleasure filled orgasmic life. While literally taking on the darkest corners of the world!

This is my highest calling in life.

With immense love and pleasure,
