Hello beloved VITA peers! This is a workshop just for you so that we can do more of this incredible work in-person. Tuesday Aug.13 at 10am PT I am setting it up through my website so that it is the easiest streamline for me. The recording will be posted here so you will have access to it if you make it live or not. 20$CAD - 14$USD (I know I said 10$ but it makes more sense to do 14$ through website charges and such😘) As soon as you purchase you should receive an email with the info as well as the info is in the workshop area of the website that you will have access to when you purchase. You are not added to my email list otherwise, you can manually add yourself on the homepage if you would like a free juicy pelvic floor massage 😝 It will probably run 1.5hrs with time for discussion and Q&A. I hope to teach not more than 45min and then leave extra time, I am chatty so it may very well be 2hrs 😅.
